How do I import keywords?

Go to New Project → upload an Ahrefs/SEMrush CSV/XLSX, or paste keywords manually. Required columns: keyword, volume, difficulty (optional).

What does the AI cluster look like?

We group semantically related keywords into pillars (broad topics), sub-pillars, and clusters (tight intent groups). Each is rendered as a node in your topical map.

How accurate are the difficulty / volume numbers?

We use the values from your uploaded export verbatim — we don't fetch live SERP data. Garbage in, garbage out.

Can I export the map?

Yes — JSON, PDF, and image export from any project page.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Billing → Manage subscription. You keep access until the end of the current period.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, 7-day no-questions-asked. See our Refund Policy.

Is my data shared with AI providers?

Keywords and prompts are sent to our AI providers (OpenAI/Anthropic) solely for generation. They are not used to train models. See our Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Delete account. All personal data is removed within 30 days.
